Most of the meditations on this app and the other apps in this series do not download so it is useless the customer service does not respond to request for help resolving this. Earlier version worked great.

I waited a very long time for Jon Kabat Zinns mindfulness series to come in an APP! I can ditch my CD player finally! I love this series! It helped me make meditation a routine practice and I have just sent a gift of it to yet another friend. Create peace; buy this APP.

I have some of Jon Kabat-Zinns CDs and now that I dont use CDs and have everything in the cloud, I decided to buy this App. Its just like the CD, but at a much better price! Its well worth $3.99 =)

Very basic guided meditations for the price. I regret spending that much on it.
